As a Communications Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in communicating the benefits of supporting diverse nonprofit initiatives. Working closely with a dedicated team leader, you’ll receive daily training and hands-on mentorship to help you grow from an entry-level position into a leadership role.
Clearly communicate the impact and benefits of supporting various charitable campaigns
Collaborate effectively within a supportive team environment, reporting to your team leader
Participate in ongoing training designed to develop leadership skills
Conduct marketing research to enhance campaign outreach and engagement
Assist with event planning, coordination, and budgeting tasks
Provide training and guidance to fellow fundraisers as you gain experience
Motivated self-starter with a passion for inspiring others and making a difference
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and determination to succeed
Ability to thrive through structured training and support while motivating teammates

Must be 18 years or older
