Salary: $80,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of computer security, military system specifications, and DoD cybersecurity policies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Possession of one or more of the following DoD 8570.01-M CSSP Infrastructure Support certifications:
- - CEH
- - CySA+
- - GICSP
- - SSCP
- - CHFI
- - CFR
- - Cloud+
- - CND
- Holding Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certification
- Possession of one or more of the following certifications:
- - GIAC Exploit Researcher and Advanced Penetration Tester (GXPN)
- - Offensive Security Exploit Developer (OSED)
Responsibilities: - Create, modify, and utilize offensive security tools such as Metasploit, NMAP, Kali Linux, and Cobalt Strike
- Simulate threat actor behavior using TTPs following frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK
- Conduct security assessments on various operating systems including Linux, Windows, and macOS
- Develop exploits and identify zero-day or previously unrecognized vulnerabilities
- Evaluate, detect, and address deficiencies in offensive tools and development methods
- Program using at least two scripting or programming languages (Python, C++, Java, Rust, Assembly, C#, etc.) to assist in exploit creation
