Kelly is hiring **Wiring Associates** for **1** **st** **& 2** **nd** **shift** on behalf of a leading manufacturer of power distribution centers and enclosures. **$16 - $20 Per Hour Based on Experience** **4-Day Work Week (OT May Be Required on Fridays)** **1** **st** **Shift: 5:30 am - 3:30 pm** **2** **nd** **Shift: 3:30 pm - 1:30 am** **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and connection wiring diagrams to determine material requirements and assembly instructions. + Assemble a wide variety of electronic and electromechanical + Utilize small hand tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers and pliers. + Label, lug, terminate and route control wire in a building. + Operate portable power tools and ladders. **Physical Requirements** + Must be able to lift 50 anything over 50 must team lift or use lifting assist products/equipment + Must be able to work on a ladder + Must be able to sit, stand, and bend during the shift **Qualifications** + HS Diploma or equivalent GED + Ability to read and interpret production drawings and work instructions written in standard English + ability to solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations **Benefits Upon Hire** + Sign-on Bonus $1,000 paid at 6 months and another $1,000 paid at 12 months. + Medical Insurance (Free for single coverage + Dental and vision insurance + Life insurance + 401K + Referral program **For immediate consideration, apply today or email Danielle McCoy at** **danm292@kellyservices.com** **.** As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
