What Youll Do

• What Youll Do

• Ensure all warehouse operations and procedures are followed safely efficiently and consistently. Recommend improvements to standardized processes within your area.
• Lead and guide warehouse associates in daily operations driving productivity safety quality and on-time order fulfillment.
• Monitor dock operations material flow and equipment performance to maintain accuracy and service standards.
• Address and resolve employee relations issues within the warehouse.
• Maintain a strong safety culture on the warehouse floor by instilling a safety first mindset across the team.
• Oversee warehouse schedules to ensure shifts are adequately staffed and meet demand.
• Assign daily tasks adjust resources as needed and ensure smooth operations across work areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor in compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team of 510 employees in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Minimum 5 years of inventory control or material handling experience.
• Minimum 5 years of safe forklift operation.
• Strong floor presence with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand walk and move around the warehouse up to 70% of the day including stairs.
• Ability to lift carry and move up to 6080 lbs.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures including cold environments down to -30F (if applicable to role).
