Salary: $104,650 - 189,175 per year Requirements:

• I need a candidate who can obtain and sustain a TS/SCI Clearance.
• A Bachelor’s degree and 8 – 12 years of relevant experience are required, though additional experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
• The candidate must be capable of maintaining eight L3Harris 406-420 MHz radio repeaters, including seven operational units and one backup. This includes primary and backup transmit and receive antenna systems, redundant transmitter combiners, receiver multi-couplers, and other associated radio repeater station equipment.
• Senior-Level experience in Center Communications Security (COMSEC) Account Management is essential.
• The candidate will assist the Ames COMSEC Account Manager (CAM) and first alternate COMSEC account manager as the ACAM and COMSEC Clerk.
• Proficiency in providing video system maintenance, operation, multimedia support, and customer assistance is required.
• Expertise in the front gate Mega sign and Barco Video wall, including design, current configuration, and troubleshooting, is necessary.
• The candidate must support the center's emergency radio communication equipment.
• In-depth knowledge of equipment operation and troubleshooting skills are crucial for software operation, developing new designs, and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities:

• I will need someone responsible for Land Mobile Radio (LMR) System Maintenance, Operation, and Customer Service Support.
• The individual will maintain, program, and repair all P25 customer-supported radios.
• Video Systems Maintenance, Operation, Multimedia Support, and Customer Support are part of this role.
• Providing support for emergency management is required.
• I expect the management of Center Communications Security (COMSEC) Accounts.
• The programming and repair of 400 customer L3Harris and Motorola Trunking radios essential for Center law enforcement, fire operations, and other critical functions will be expected.
• Senior-Level expertise in Trunking System design, development, and integration of hardware and software will assist in troubleshooting and implementing necessary changes.
• Knowledge of the Communications (SSP) to maintain the plan, open POAMS, and RBDs, along with creating and maintaining drawings, is also required.
