Job Title/Function: Sr. Business Analyst

Onsite / Remote / Hybrid : Hybrid 2 days/month in Riverdale, UT office Lives within 2 hours of Riverdale, UT

Duration: 6 Months

Requirements :

MUST HAVE
- MINIMUM 8-10 years of experience in gathering, maintaining and supporting successful projects in technical and financial institutions.
  - IT projects including API work, firewall team
  - Must have the knowledge of who to talk to depending on the IT service involved (ex. Network team vs. Software vs. Cloud team, etc.)
- Agile experience experience managing 3-5 projects at a time.
- Documentation experience and eagerness to document long-form requirements
Soft skills:
- Self-starter who is very proactive; not waiting for in-depth direction
- Experienced enough to dig in and ask the right questions, "weaponized curiosity"

NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence and Sharepoint
- Experience with dashboard design & delivery
- Financial Services/Banking Industry experience
