We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative or Freight Broker with a strong background in logistics and transportation sales—specifically within the metals sector (aluminum, pipe, and steel). The ideal candidate understands how to move heavy, high-value, or specialized freight efficiently across regional, domestic, or international lanes.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growth-oriented logistics team with robust operational support, competitive commissions, and flexibility to manage your own book of business.
Build and expand a profitable book of business within the metals and industrial freight markets.
Prospect, quote, and close new accounts while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Sell domestic and international transportation services including flatbed, heavy haul, and project freight.
Partner closely with operations and carrier teams to ensure top-tier customer service.
Track performance metrics, manage CRM updates, and achieve GP and revenue goals.
Stay current on Texas industrial and energy market trends, pricing, and client demands.
Direct customer exposure in aluminum, steel, or pipe transportation.
Existing book of business or strong network in the Texas market preferred.
Proven record of generating and maintaining profitable accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and ability to work independently.
