About the Role: We’re looking for a scrappy, resourceful, and passionate Recruiting Coordinator & Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a unique opportunity to wear multiple hats and make a big impact: you’ll ensure a seamless candidate experience, support three recruiters across the full hiring process, and help build strong pipelines for some of our most critical and hard-to-fill roles. What You’ll Do - Partner closely with our team of three recruiters to support hiring across all functions and levels of the organization.
- Own interview coordination end-to-end; scheduling, communication, and logistics, while ensuring every candidate has a smooth, professional, and memorable experience.
- Act as a first point of contact for candidates, representing our brand with warmth and professionalism.
- Source and build talent pools for hard-to-fill and niche requisitions using LinkedIn, research, networking, and creative tactics.
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and reporting in our ATS to keep searches organized and on track.
- Jump in wherever needed; from sourcing, to process improvements, to candidate experience projects — to help the team deliver hiring success.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For - 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or administrative support within a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for recruiting and talent — you want to learn, grow, and eventually own more of the recruiting process.
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities, adapting quickly, and finding creative solutions when challenges arise.
- A strong sense of ownership and commitment to creating an outstanding candidate experience.
- Scrappy, hard-working, and eager to build a career in Talent Acquisition.
