Job Title:  Recruiting Coordinator

Location:  Fort Worth, TX

Work Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch; flexible start/end times available)

Type of Employment:  Contract (1–2 months)

Compensation:  $20.00 – $25.00 / hour

Industry:  Manufacturing

Job Description:

Addison Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our client’s hiring efforts. This role will focus on administrative and candidate-facing tasks to streamline recruitment operations and improve data accuracy within the applicant tracking system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications across multiple locations
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls for initial candidate outreach and screening
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Assist with job postings and recruitment marketing efforts
• Support recruitment events and initiatives as needed
• Track and report on key hiring metrics and candidate pipeline status
• Facilitate onboarding tasks such as document collection and orientation coordination

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting, HR support, or customer-facing administrative roles
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with hiring managers
• Preferred: Experience with UKG or similar HRIS systems
