Accountabilities

• Lead and direct all mining and construction operations
• Mentor the team of national management and employees
• Collaborate closely with clients to align operational goals and address concerns promptly
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams, senior management, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with project quality expectations and QA/QC processes
• Manage operations and productivity KPIs to meet/exceed project deliverables
• Participate in continuous improvement programs to enhance production efficiency
• Understand and align contractual obligations with operational activities
• Ensure the health and safety of all employees in operational areas

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Mine Engineering
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a mining environment
• At least 5 years' experience in mine management
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Analytical skills for data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations in mining
