Product Development Graphic Artist
We are looking for an Artist to join our amazing team at Powers Mfg. Company!This is a first shift position working from 7am to 3:30pm. Overtime when needed.

: Develop illustrations for use by various departments to explain lettering placements and create sublimation designs for new styles in product development.
Essential Duties :
· Develop the sublimation designs for new styles during the product development process.
· Create and maintain lettering pages during the product development process.
· Create lettering pages for Tech Packs.
· Create design illustrations from sample jerseys.
· Discuss illustrations at various stages of completion and make changes as necessary.
· Other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel Adobe Creative Cloud with an emphasis on Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
· Minimum: High school diploma or GED; 2- or 4-year degree preferred.
· Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow through.
· Strong sense of urgency, with the ability to multi-task, work independently, problem solve, and balance shifting priorities.
· Collaboration with team members and factory personnel.
· Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
