Compensation:
$1,836 weekly (travel)
$1,584 weekly (local)
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our healthcare team in Woodsville, NH 03785 . The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver quality therapy services, help patients regain mobility and independence, and ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver direct physical therapy services under PT supervision.
Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional ability.
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the PT and care team.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe movement techniques.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation of care and outcomes.
Ensure a safe, supportive environment for all therapy sessions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize outcomes.
Adhere to facility policies, state, and federal regulations.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program .
Active New Hampshire PTA license .
Current BLS certification .
