Growth Marketing Pro, a fast scaling growth marketing agency is looking to hire an Organic Growth manager, Reddit to deliver WOW results for our Reddit organic marketing engagements.

Our organic marketing programs are rooted in SEO but have expanded to include AI Visibility services and Reddit organic marketing (we're writing the playbook in both of these interrelated fields). In this role, you'll leverage your existing marketing experience - specifically your skillset in SEO, content marketing and analytics - combined with your intellectual curiosity and natural inclination to test out bleeding edge tactics in organic marketing. 

Growth Marketing Pro began as a leading marketing blog and has since turned into a marketing agency working with 50+ technology businesses. At Growth Marketing Pro you will not work on lame businesses! You'll cut your teeth with CEOs and Heads of Marketing at venture-backed businesses, learn cutting-edge growth marketing strategies, and swap notes with Silicon Valley leaders.

We've been growing quickly and are looking to bring on a rock star SEO / growth marketer to help take our agency and our client's marketing programs to the next level. This is an opportunity to help build a scaling startup into an industry-leading growth marketing company.

Responsibilities

• Deliver successful Reddit marketing programs (including SEO + GEO/AI Visibility strategies) that meet client goals and KPIs through data-driven strategies and strong execution
• Help write the playbook for how we deliver increased visibility on AI platforms like ChatGPT, how we create content on Reddit that influences and engages audiences without coming across as promotion, and how to best leverage website content and authority to impact a brand's overall visibility on the internet across both Google (SEO) and AI platforms (GEO)
• Provide detailed reporting and analysis of campaign performance using web analytics tools, spreadsheets and data integrations

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience delivering revenue growth and business impact through SEO
• Experience in tech platforms like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, and CRM platforms like HubSpot
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of AI and ability to improve and automate your workflows using AI platforms
• You're a rigorous execution manager with a keen attention to detail, driving results with ownership while keeping key stakeholders accountable.
• Artful communicator: You have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tell stories that persuade others to take action
• Strong business acumen- understands the “bigger picture” of the clients business goals and shapes our organic marketing towards those goals. 
• You have a growth mindset, and enjoy the continuous learning process of growth marketing
