Position Summary – Driver/Warehouse Specialist

This role is essential to our Commercial and Retail operations. You'll be responsible for pulling and staging products, making timely deliveries to local business accounts and store locations, and supporting warehouse operations including inventory and shipping/receiving. Every delivery is an opportunity to make a great impression and contribute to our mission of outstanding customer service.

Pay Range: From $18.50 - $22.50 per hour (based on experience and performance)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, first shift | No weekends!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make same-day deliveries to commercial customers and store locations across South Central PA and Northern MD

• Create positive customer interactions at each stop

• Use route and order management tools for efficient planning

• Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing warehouse inventory

• Maintain fleet vehicle cleanliness and report service needs

• Become forklift certified (we'll train you!)

• Report customer feedback to sales/logistics team

• Support general warehouse operations and special logistics projects

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid Non-CDL driver's license and clean driving record

• Must be 21+ and able to pass background check, drug screen, and DOT medical exam

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions

• Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly and handle physical warehouse tasks

• Comfortable using technology including Google Workspace and Windows-based programs

• Willingness to complete forklift and DOT certification (provided by company)

• Previous delivery or warehouse experience a plus, but not required
