Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload solar panel materials
Accurately pick and stage orders based on work orders and inventory systems
Assist with receiving, labeling, and organizing inbound shipments
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Perform routine equipment checks and follow safety protocols
Communicate effectively with warehouse team and supervisors
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of forklift driving experience (certification required)
Strong order picking experience in a warehouse setting
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
Basic computer or scanner skills for inventory tracking
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
