Masterpiece Outdoorliving is looking for Lead Carpenters to help us and our team build high end steel frame decks, Roof extensions, Custom Outdoor Kitchens, Custom fire rails and fire pits and anything else the clients need. 

We are looking for:

• Most importantly, a leader with great communication skills, able to read blueprints and give directions when workers need them.

Responsibilities:

• Building and framing high end decks, patios, and outdoor living spaces
• Steel framing knowledge is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to run a crew
• Communicating with homeowners, project managers and subcontractors

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction
• Need to have own tools
• Framing experience
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

**Must be willing to travel**

Salary: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour - flexible based on experience and expertise
