Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and curious individual to join our Boston based Global Operations team as a Summer Intern. This 12-week paid internship offers a deep dive into the world of insurance operations.

You will:

• Document and organize key operational workflows to support process clarity and efficiency.
• Support data clean-up, quality, and integrity initiatives.
• Analyze operational data metrics to identify trends.
• Collaborate with experienced operations professionals and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in real-world projects that impact our internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with BHSI Interns across North America.

You will be part of a dynamic and supportive operations team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Your work will directly contribute to driving operational excellence across our international footprint.

Qualifications:

• Interest in Insurance, operations, or pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Risk Management, Mathematics).

• Adaptable, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

The base salary range for this position in Boston is from $22/hour – $28/hour; a candidate’s salary is determined by their relevant skills and experience. We value our teammates – both their capabilities and character – as demonstrated by our amazing culture.
