Do you thrive under pressure, love solving tough equipment problems, and feel at home around 480V 3‑phase systems? If you’re confident with multi‑craft repairs and PLC troubleshooting, you’ll fit right in on our full‑time maintenance team.

What Will You Do?

  • Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC electrical systems using a Volt‑Ohm meter, amp meter, and oscilloscope.
  • Install and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems, control valves, and centrifugal/positive displacement pumps.
  • Read schematics and apply PLC knowledge to diagnose faults and restore equipment quickly.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, manage work orders, and keep assets reliable.
  • Operate lathes, mills, and arc/Heliarc® welders for fabrication and repairs.
  • Jump into in‑progress fixes and mentor entry‑level mechanics on complex issues.

Minimum Requirements

  • 18+ years old
  • Available to work weekends and holidays
  • Lift 15–50 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Stand/walk for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Comfort with extreme temperatures, humidity, loud/hazardous equipment, and slippery surfaces

What Background Helps?

  • Manufacturing maintenance experience (mechanical/electrical); welding experience and/or technical school training.
  • Electrical certification and strong PLC troubleshooting are pluses.
  • Preferred: ~2 years of training/experience in mechanical/electrical repair in a manufacturing setting.

  • TIG/arc/Heliarc® welding; lathes and mills
