Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units
Ensure systems run efficiently and meet all safety standards
Maintain accurate service records and provide clear communication to clients and team members
Hands-on experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and best practices
EPA Certification and required state licenses
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
