Job Overview

We’re seeking a Full Stack JavaScript Developer with strong MERN stack experience and a passion for building maintainable, object-oriented applications. You’ll play a key role in setting development standards and mentoring others, while contributing to high-impact projects that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Design clean, professional user interfaces with HTML/CSS
• Develop backend services with Node.js and Express
• Collaborate in Agile teams and contribute to all phases of the SDLC
• Use Git-based platforms (GitHub, Bitbucket) for source control
• Research and resolve application issues and improve business processes
• Document and test software thoroughly
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of full stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and Docker
• Experience with MongoDB, SQL Server, or MySQL
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience with financial transaction processing is a plus
