Are you ready to bring aloha spirit to every cup of coffee and every customer interaction? Hawaiian Island Cafe, nestled in the heart of Waimanalo, HI, is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Front of House (FOH) team member and Barista to join our ohana. If you’re passionate about great coffee, warm customer service, and working in a welcoming, community-focused environment, we’d love to meet you!
As a FOH / Barista, you’ll be the face of Hawaiian Island Cafe, creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your day-to-day will include:
- Greeting customers with a warm smile and genuine aloha
- Preparing and serving delicious coffee, tea, and other beverages ☕
- Assisting with food orders and ensuring they’re served with care
- Keeping the front-of-house area clean, organized, and inviting
- Handling transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Working collaboratively with the team to create a positive and fun environment
