Dishwasher / Prep Cook Job Description

Location: Royal Palm Beach, FL 33412.

Domenic's and Vinnie's of Palm Beach.

Coming Winter 2026.

We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is essential to keeping our restaurant running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness and supporting our chefs with daily food preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dish area.
• Assist with basic food prep, including chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and preparing sauces.
• Ensure all food items are stored properly and safely.
• Support cooks and kitchen staff during busy service hours.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with end-of-shift cleaning and restocking.

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
