We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Typist to input data into our systems accurately and efficiently. This is a work-from-home position, ideal for individuals who are organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
Input data from source documents into databases, spreadsheets, or systems
Ensure accuracy of information entered and make necessary corrections
Maintain organized files, records, and logs
Verify and review data for errors before submitting
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Follow confidentiality and data protection guidelines
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills (typing, using web browsers, and email)
Fast and accurate typing (40+ WPM preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Good written communication skills
Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer or laptop
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Prior data entry or administrative experience
