Clinical Director (BCBA)

Durham, NC 27713 • Full-Time • Leadership Role

Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking an experienced, mission-driven Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our Durham clinic. This role is ideal for a BCBA who thrives in a collaborative, structured environment and is ready to mentor clinicians, guide clinical quality, and support positive outcomes for children and families.

You will oversee clinical operations while maintaining a small caseload. Strong leadership presence, integrity, and reliability are essential.

Compensation

$140,000–$160,000 annually (including bonus potential)

Compensation varies based on experience, leadership skills, and overall qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for BCBAs, Senior BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians
  
• Oversee clinical programming, treatment integrity, and client progress
  
• Maintain a small caseload with a 15 billable hours/week requirement
  
• Ensure high-quality, evidence-based ABA service delivery
  
• Support and mentor team members through supervision, coaching, and training
  
• Collaborate with administrative leadership to ensure operational excellence
  
• Participate in intake discussions, parent meetings, and clinical reviews
  
• Uphold AutismCOE mission, ethics, policies, and family-centered values
  

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  
• 4–5+ years of BCBA experience required
  
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
  
• Strong communication, professionalism, and team-building skills
  
• Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday, in an in-clinic setting
  
• Commitment to high clinical standards and compassionate family support
  

Preferred

• Experience in a Clinical Director, ACD, or Senior BCBA role
  
• Skilled in developing clinicians and supporting professional growth
  
• Experience with clinic-based ABA programs
