As a Call Center Healthcare Representative at Gainwell, you will provide essential support to members, providers, and partners by delivering clear, accurate, and timely information. In this frontline role, you will help resolve inquiries, document interactions, and ensure a positive experience for every caller. Answer inbound calls and respond to basic inquiries from members, providers, and customers using established procedures.
Provide knowledgeable responses to basic client questions and escalate complex inquiries to appropriate teams when necessary.
Resolve client issues, update account records, and follow up to ensure inquiries are fully addressed and documented.
Meet or exceed client SLAs, production goals, and quality metrics.
Collaborate with peers, management, and clients to resolve service-related issues and support overall customer experience.

The pay range for this position is $29,100.00 - $41,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
