AR/AP Administrative Accounting Specialist in Santa Fe Springs, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate:Depends on experience
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable AR/AP Administrative Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of accounting and administrative responsibilities, playing a key role in supporting the financial operations and internal communication within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable duties
Manage invoicing and ensure timely and accurate processing
Support month-end closing and work closely with offsite CPAs
Perform accounting reconciliations and assist with full monthly cycle close
Handle administrative and HR/payroll tasks as needed
Maintain strong internal communication and provide excellent customer service
Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Previous experience in AR/AP and general accounting functions
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Experience working with CPAs or external accounting firms a plus
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
